Nothing is more frustrating than having a client inform you that your website is broken. You don’t have time to troubleshoot website issues when you have other matters to attend to. The digit-ALL team can help you get back online quickly so qualified leads keep finding their way into your inbox.
How can digit-ALL help as your troubleshooter?
- Once you message our team, we will evaluate your site to seek out areas that need repair or improvement.
- We will send a list of those issues, along with a repair timeline and a price estimate. (And if you have prepaid, you will receive a minimum of a $19 per hour discount!)
- We will begin repairs as soon as you have approved the price estimate and timeline.
- We have repaired the issues, we will test the entire website to ensure that all links are working and that images and videos are still working properly and visible. We will also ask for someone on your team to do the same.
